Queeny has always dedicated herself to providing exceptional service and building relationships, whether working in hospitality management, or helping people secure the best mortgage for their needs. A seasoned veteran of the mortgage industry since 2006, and a Senior Loan Officer at Cliffco, she has earned a stellar reputation as well as prominent awards for her excellence. Most recently these include being recognized as a Presidents Club recipient for three consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022) at her previous firm, Citizens Bank.
In her current role at Cliffco, Queeny is responsible for originating mortgage loans for residential properties, condos, co-ops, one-to-four-family homes, as well as mixed-use properties up to 12 units. She is extremely detail oriented, creative and communicative, and performs a thorough review of each client’s financials, to determine their qualification and assure placement with a favorable product and rate. Her understanding of finance and compassion for each individual she represents make her a valuable asset to her clients.
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Queeny received a Bachelor degree in Finance and Investment from Baruch College. She lived in New York City post-graduation, and presently resides back in Brooklyn with her husband, young son, and adorable Terrier mix dog.
Queeny speaks English and Cantonese fluently and is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA), Brooklyn chapter. Community involvement and giving back to others is very important to her, both through support to God’s Love We Deliver, NY Cares and other organizations, and volunteer work when time allows.
